Offline approval emails are not triggering

Hi All,

Outbound approval emails are not triggering for some users. I have checked user profile for attribute “Forward” which is set to X as expected and checked user email id in SU01D where I see communication method is blank (can be Remote Email) but it will not stop receiving mail. Also, checked email id in BP and SU01D which looks fine. I have even forwarded a shopping cart but that dint trigger email in SOST.


Many users are getting approval emails but not these users. Am i missing anything to check. Please suggest.
