Webi 4.2 SP2 Upgrade - BW Hierarchy Values not populating

Hi,

We have recently upgrade from BO 4.1 SPx to BO 4.2 SP2,

Webi reports with BW Hierarchy (LOV), are not working after upgrade.

Even in Webi query selection, the List of Values are not populating correctly (how it has been defined in BW.).

This issue is random, and some of the reports are working, and some of them are not working.

Please advise if anyone come across similar issue, and have a solution/workaround.

We have raised ticket with SAP, and got the below given note as known error and not yet fixed, and marked priority as Medium.

"2347946 - BI4.2 Hierarchy Objects not displaying Key Value"
