Authorization data failed

User is trying to run a report in background mode , which is a Z report.

Error is "Internal error with background job schedulling XXXXXX report"

Also when user ran SU53 , it gave "authorization check failed"

Can anyone help on this ?

Dear,

Check with your Basis team, I think there are some internal field/ multiple screens which need some special access/ authorization from basis side.

So, Ask basis & ABAP team to please check are there any special/ multiple screen used and authorized the user.

Hello Ankita,

This is simply authorization error. Make sure user is given appropriate access and have them log off to refresh their profile.
