Extend Individual Product (Registered Product) with Action

Hello everyone,

I need a means to extend an Individual Product (Registered Product) in C4C with a custom action.

Unfortunately I was not able to create the action inside/outside the ServiceProcessInformation-node of an XBO, extending the IndividualProduct-BO.

By the way: Adding further extension fields works very well...

How can I add a custom action to the Individual Product?

Hi Patric,

Some sap standard objects dont support node/action extensions. Probably, you choose one of them.

I also found this list - but I hoped that there are some more BOs which support extension actions, because the list is already 9 months (=3 Releases) old...

Hello Patrick,

Can you imagine the effort and the risk in converting a BO from one implementation framework to another?

If we will do this, it will be trumpeted loud in the public.

So, you can trust the list as it is.
