SAP APO /SAPAPO/CDPS0 Graphical chart is not displayed

Hi Experts,

When are checking resource in Transaction /SAPAPO/CDPS0, i am unable to view the Graphical chart after maintained the relevant parameter(/SAPAPO/SDP_CHART_V & /SAPAPO/FCST_CHART)

IGS Unit is working as fine, Kernel level also latest level only.

Already i referred below thread and maintained the user parameter and SPRO Setting.

1. Could you check the IGS and kernel version are same? Kindly refer the SCN link to check the IGS version

2. Is this any error message?

Hi,

No error on this message, "Graphical chart is shown" message only coming...But graph is not coming..

"Resource utilization chart shown" i got the message, but no graph in this screen.

What about the IGS version ? is it same from kernel release and level?

I think you have upgrade the IGS based on you kernel level. Refer the SAP note 896400 -

Hi Sriram,

We had applied latest patch level 7.20 :SP12, but still graph is not coming.

its showing the blank only. any idea on this?
