Not able to find Success instances in Report History

Hi all,

We have scheduled a report (say "Sales Revenue report") on daily basis since last 2 weeks. Though users are receiving those report on time, we are not able to see its "Success" instances in report history through CMC. The limit for instances is set to 10.

We have one utility which gives daily scheduled reports, starting and ending time, duration, status and error.

On running the same for time frame of last one week, I should get Sales Revenue report details, but somehow even that utility is not retrieving it.

Report is event based.

Though report runs on time and getting delivered to user properly, we are not able to track its success instances.

I searched in Favorites folder but in vain.

How come this be possible that report is getting delivered to user properly but not getting tracked from anywhere?
