OBYA setting

Hello,

We are looking for to maintain the entries in T.code OBYA automatically, actually we have the requirement to update 200 entries manually.

Is there any other way to update the entries in t.code OBYA automatically instead manual.

Does LSMW recording suit for this requirement?

As this is not master data, how do we move the changes to production system?

if we use LSMW scenarios in this case.

It is a configuration, My advice is create a transport request and move it to quality and production system, why you want to upload through LSMW?

Transport the same through request only.

If you want LSMW, you have to export and import the same to quality and production and it is not recommended.

I agree for your proposal but we have mass data to update in T.code OBYA.

In this case we are doing manually one by one, so is this the only way or do we have any alternative solution for this.

Can't we have update the data automatically instead manually?

Babu,

In that case you can use LSMW, but to add the configuration in OBYA, you need to select company code combinations manually 1:1 to update in transport request, this step you need to do after LSMW execution, in the other way at the time of saving the configuration you can save in the transport request.

Now take a call what is the best solution for you.
