Last delta upload not yet completed. Cancel

I am a beginner to SAP BW. When I am monitoring the loads I got this error in an Infopack. Can any one please tell me Why this error is coming and How it can be corrected?? I know little bit of Delta concepts.

(I am ready to give points If I got the required answer)

    Hi Ela,

by reading message you can understand.

    previous delta was still running.

so please check check your last ran info pack logs and see.whether it still in yellow/running?

if yes then wait to complete. After completion of previous load, you can trigger present load.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Make sure that your previous delta is completed or failed. If its still running, wait for it to finish and then do a new delta. If its hung (yellow) or in red goto the QM status in monitor and mark the QM status red. Then goto the data target and backout the red request.

Then check to see why it failed or was hung in the first place. Then remove the reason (if not then the repeat may also fail for the same reason). Go back to the delta infopackage and schedule the job again. this time it'll prompt you for a repeat delta. Click OK and the delta load will start again. This'll bring the data for the old failed delta as well as any changes or new records as well.

    Regards,
