We are facing a priority issue in our organisation as below:
We receive some condition records in ECC from Siebel CRM through interface with a Promotion ID.
Let’s say, Siebel system sends a promotion with start date of 01/03/2016 & end date as 31/12/2016. SAP creates this promotion accurately. When Siebel stops this promotion and sends end date as 09/06/2016, SAP is end dating the existing promotion (which is correct) but it is also creating another promotion from 10/06/2016 through 31/12/2016.
Please suggest how this issue can be analysed and resolved.
