Can work order be received in WM Client without releasing in back end ?

Hi,

     As I have gone through different documents and scn posts, I found that we need to release work order in order to be received in WM Mobile Application.

     Is there any option so that we can get work order in WM Mobile Application i.e status "CRTD" at back end?

Hi,

The Out of the Box Work Manager doesn't download Work Orders that is not released but you can configure the application to download the unreleased work orders by changing the filter(PM_PHASE) of Work Order Generic MDO in Syclo Config panel.

Hi Raj,

You can sync the order to the mobile device in created state and from the mobile its possible to set the status of the work order to release state.
