Recording is blank for a call

Hello everyone

We are using SAP BCM 7. Currently we are facing a issue where we have observed the call is getting connected to the concerned agent & the recording is also happening parallel. the recording call shows the duration of call, but when we try to listen the call it plays the call but the conversation is blank. This happens only for 1 to 2 calls in a day.

Kindly help me what can be possible reasons for the same. and also provide if any solution accordingly.
