Sandesh 2 Internal Server Error

Dear Experts,

The PI 7.1 is integrated to third party(Maximo) server for PO,GRN process for which the following error occurs whenever data is sent from PI to Maximo

Delivering the message to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Cannot initialize the given in-memory storage manager due to exception org.apache.sandesha2.SandeshaException: Sandesha2 Internal Error: 'DefaultPropertyBean' is not set.

I have used the Axis Message protocol in the SOAP Adapter and used the few modules .

Attached the screenshot of the SOAP channel

Also Please note that this there was OS patching activity done for the PI server.

My Question :

1)Is it related to PI Issue

2)If it is a PI issue, this error occured because of patching activity.

Please suggest.

Regards,

Kalpana.

    Hello Kalpana,

This error is due to some problem at Maximo end. Can you connect with your Maximo 3rd party team and provide this error? Basically you are not able to consume the web-service from SAP PI end.

This is known error, once you contact with your Maximo 3rd Party they can check the error from their end and resolve it.

    Hi Kalpana,

To be more sure check below once to confirm that your Axis deployment is successful in Java Stack without any issue. Status should be ok.

    http://<host><port>/XIAxisAdapter/MessageServlet

    Thanks,

    Apu
