Communication Error in tcode IW21

Hi Experts,

There is a warning when a notification is created in tcode IW21, the message said "Communication Error",

Of course system lets you create the notification, Does anybody knows how can I quit this error?

Any idea and hints will be appreciated.

You need to ask your Technical person to debug this error.

Seeing this, we cannot confirm whether this is a standard or any exit involved, so its better for a technical analysis

Do you have any mobility technology in place? Or any workflow which triggers any email communication or something like that?
