We have this customer requirement that from a ByDesign perspective could be complex but from the business stand point is something that could be normal.
There is this scenario where a company running in SAP ByDesign is acquired by a coportate and, as a corporate requirement, they need to start using a new set of books.
According with this SAP Case Document:
2137781 - Error Message : Company ABC: Already Assigned To A Different
Set Of Books
It is not possible to assign a new set of books to a live company. If that is the case, what would be the suggestion to our customers?understanding that a re-implementation is not something that we would suggest.
