Custom developments issue in ESS-website cannot display the page

Hello Experts,

We developed custom reports based on Client requirements , both are reports are working fine in development system. All changes or new TRs are imported to quality system. In my testing , if i click on one custom development ,showing the message "website cannot display the page..." Please find the attached document.

Development is working good but not in Quality portal ( I ran same custom reports in SAP ECC , Quality system. Here i can see all outputs)

Please find the attached screenshot and kindly share your thoughts.

Regards

Siva

this seems like a browser issue? can you check with different browser or check in default trace for any errors?

it's look like it's not pointing to correct system url.

Right click on that and click on Properties option and check the Address(URL) once.
