Credit CARD - Travel expenses

Hi ,

We are planning to implement Travel Management for South Korea with Credit card integration, please can you tell me which Credit card companies does SAP has tie up with, as far i know it is with Amex, Visa.

Client is  currently using credit card called "HANA", not sure if Sap supports this.

Please share your thoughts on this.

I think SAP supports Master Card format as well now.

As the other poster said, the first thing is to figure out what the card is actually is -  Master Card or Visa. The bank is just the issuer of the card, but all the processing is done through Master Card/ Visa/ Amex/ Diners Club . These are the main credit card companies.

Your bank can facilitate getting the credit card master and transaction files but these files are actually generated by MasterCard or Visa themselves and are sent either directly to you or through the bank.

Hi Anil,

Hana Card is one of the biggest financial institutions/card provider in Korea and I am sure they can assist you with your query if you ask them directly.

Basically you need to check with them which card they provide i.e. VISA, MasterCard, etc. and that will tell you the file formats you need the credit card transaction data file for SAP. The link below should give you an overview of the file formats supported in SAP.
