Table COST

HI All, In table COEP , upon passing value of BELNR ( Document no ) ,I am getting value WOGBTR ( Value in Obj. Crcy ) in multiple rows . My requirement is to get actual labour cost from confirmation of maintenance order . Which value row ,should I consider ? Also, can I get any table which stores planned activity type price ( from t-code KP26 ) in object currency since table COST stores this value always in controlling area currency ? Thanking you .

    Hi Pranjal Bora,

You will get the cost center plan price maintained in KP26 from COEJ table, in COEJ table USPOB field consists of controlling area, cost center and activity type details, the object currency you can find in the field WOG001 to WOG016, for order wise confirmed cost consider the table COSS, object number (USPOB) Consists of controlling area, cost center and activity type, here you need to consider the business transactions (VRGNG) RKL and RKLN and the amount field is WTG001 to WTG016 for an year .

I hope you are clear now.

    • Hello Pranjal bora,

You can go to T-code: RKACSHOW and input the object name (line item flag: on) and controlling area. then you can find table COVJTA, from this table, you can get the document number (BELNR).

Then go to T-code: SE16, table COEJ, inpu the controlling area and BELNR.

      best regards,

      Ronghua Fan
