Error in main stream of SSM like administration and library

Dear friends! We have SSM Version 10.1 SP 9 in PROD SSM and we have 20 kpi implementation. in the Last 3 month we didn't change anything in the SSM configuration. Now we have problem to enter the main screen, it takes long time to enter and when we enter we see only "Breifing tab" .other tabs is missing. another issue is that now we see lots of errors: in Administration tab we get the error: Error message 'InitCustTypeLbl1' is undefined in the library tab we get the error: System error. Unable to process the request. Try again later. The same errors we have at dev environments. Need your help. see attached Thanks Orit

    Hi, could be you have the wrong bootstrap imported, check that it is the one according to sp. do you have the demo setup? same error on the demo?

    Hi,

    If you are sure you didn't make any changes then its better you check the connection of the JAVA stack with the model in PAS which you built. If the data is coming from the SAP BW system make sure that you see the models in the BICA. Please make sure you log out the PAS properly and see that the Model in the PAS is in read only mode. Some times the PAS process hangs and you need to make sure you kill them because even a restart will not fix this issue.

    Thank for all answer.

    But problem was resolved.

    It was very stranger bug at the SSM.

    We had user in the Active directory and in SSM/ when the user leave the job and his user 'was removed from active directory but not from SSM the system SSM get mad and change all their interface. When we

    removed the user from SSM group the bug is disappear.
