USMD_ADJUST_STAGING going into dump with "NO KEY"

Dear Team,

USMD_ADJUST_STAGING report is going into dump with "NO KEY" error, Because of this I'm unable to activate the BP Data Model. Any solutions for this issue.

Any kind of help would be sincerely appreciated.
