User is not able to open scheduled workbook from his Inbox

Hi,

I have scheduled AA workbook to user inbox but he is not able to open the workbook,

AA addon is not installed on user machine, is it required to install it on client machine or without add on it will work?

Yes, you would need AA installed to open it up.

Mithun - if you are opening an Analysis file, it makes sense to have Analysis installed, right?

Hi Tammy,

Yes correct, but why I am asking is in coming days we are going to schedule the workbook to our users. There is around 50 users and one of my team member told that he read somewhere that it is not required to install add on on user machine.

"You need to have both BIP Add-on & client"

There is no "viewer" for Analysis Office that I know of - unlike a tool like Crystal Reports, which has a viewer and doesn't require the client
