Multi Source Connection Issue

Hello All

We are facing critical issue in Prod. Universe & connections are working fine in Dev & QA but not working in Prod post migration.

We tried creating a connection in QA with prod details and pointed to the universe and it is working fine in QA environment.

Has anyone encountered this issue before ? Please let me know the inputs.

Your connection "IP AvailsCockpit-Avails" is not moved in the Prod.Move again the universe and in the dependence select the connection and promote.

or only move the highlighted connection only in the prod.

    Hi Sandy,

    Check the following:

    1. Are you able to login to the Data Federation Administration Tool (DFAT) in Prod?

    2. Is the issue only with migrated unx and connections?

    3. What is the exact error message you get?

    4. Create a new APS with the Data Federation Service and check the behavior.

    5. What is the source db? Relational or SAP BW?

If you are not able to login to the DFAT tool as well then there is a issue with the APS. You can create a single source unx and check if the drivers are set up correctly in Prod

    Regards,

    Adil
