0P_FSCM_CURRENCY MEANS THE DISPLAY CURRENCY AND IT IS AVAILABLE IN THE BUSINESS CONTENT

   You can go to the RSA1 and then you can go to the BI content and install it from infoobject.

That is Dispaly Currency Variable created on 0currency, you can create your own variable depends on your requirement.
