Contact Sync from C4C to CRM

Dear Experts,

I am unable to sync contacts form C4C to CRM, while creating new contacts, will you through some light.

Hi Sudhakar,

For replicating Contacts created in C4C to SAP CRM system, the 'Event Type Linkage' for the Inbound IDoc needs to be activated.

Also, the Inbound parameters for the Message type should be set to 'Trigger Immediately'.

It is working fine, but some of the contacts SAP ID is not generating in C4C,will you able to suggest me.

Hi Sudhakar,

Please try to define the Internal Number Ranges for Business Partners in C4C.
