Gratuity calculation

Hi All,

My Gratuity Calculation is fine.

However just observed, calculation also happening for 4 year.

Le me know how to stop it.

Can you send a screenshot of your configuration in v_t7inz1. Here the correlation between no. of years & gratuity factor is specified.

Try changing the factor of the first entry to 0. But i think this will imply that gratuity will not be calculated if years of service=5 also.

Can you check your customizing for the Gratuity calculation thru Termination workbench as per SAP note 526765.
