Hello SAP HCP team,
I note there is a channel partner role (sales) portal for C4C and I am keen to confirm whether a similar portal will be released for external service partners. For example in the case that a brand owner contracts out warranty repair to a network of service dealers the requirements is for an easy-to-use portal for service dealers to raise, access, execute and claim for service tickets. This would be a secure portal for the service dealers (3rd party repairers) and would integrate into Cloud for Service as the backend, similar to the existing C4C extensions. There is already a portal for customers to raise warranty tickets, but not one for external service partners.
