Hello,

It's been a while since i used the cloud connector set up, since then many jdk updates have been pushed through. Recently when i opened Cloud connector , I'm getting an error message as follows

I tried reinstalling the JDK and JRE to the 1.7 versions and still the error comes. Reinstalled Cloud connector also. The error is persistent. Please Help

    Hi,

When you uninstall the software, please ensure you have deleted the Folder where the Connector was installed and also remove all the JAVA home path if any added before you uninstall/install.

You may follow and download the latest Cloud Connector i guess 2.8+ using the following link

    SAP HANA Cloud Platform

    Regards,

    Hi Padmanabhan K P,

I would suggest you download SAPJVM7 and extract it in a dedicated folder, then define OS environment variable JAVA_HOME to point to that folder. Then install latest SAP Could Connector again and make sure you select the previously installed SAPJVM7 during installation.

    Best regards,

    Amy
