Shift notes attachment create/remove issue

Hi,

For a specific user we are getting the following error when adding or removing attachment (but not in display):

"You are not authorized for Create Document with document type ###" , Message No. 26036 and "You are not authorized for Change Document with document type ###" respectively.

For power user everything works fine.

Where exactly do we need to assign the Create/Change authorization for specific users for specific document types.

Hi Faisal,

When you get the error message type /nSU53 in the transaction code area, detail information will be provided about the missing access.

Using that you need to identiy the role to be provided etc.

You need to get in touch with your security consultant.
