record not avaiulable in cogi

hello gurus ,

after changing UD for a quality notification in zqm10, warning message shown as below.

but in cogi no record available for particular production order.

Hello Satish,

It seems to be a custom message saying that there will be a incorrect goods movements against for that particular production order in COGI (That could be due to insufficient stock) so please clear that incorrect posting in COGI

then try to create a new notification system will allow you to save

or better try to change the notification through QM02 Transaction code it will not show any errors

Make sure the error message is actually a legitimate error message.

You indicate that you use ZQM10 to edit the notification.  That means a custom transaction.

If so, what does the custom transaction do and why do you have it?  It could be that your custom coding thinks it sees a COGI error due to a logic issue somewhere in your code when there really isn't one.
