3EC_CS_1A & 3EC_CS_1R are getting no data

Hello experts,

we are trying to load data with the following datasources:

• 3EC_CS_1A
• 3EC_CS_1R

Unfortunately none of them receive any data although the following tables contain data:

• ECMCA
• ECMCT

We have already tried to do the steps which are described by SAP:

Do you have any ideas what might be the solution to this problem?

Hi Dominic,

please try run data sources at source system TX - RSA3 with fiscal period selections and see.

Whether it pulls data or not.

After triggering info pack in bw, is your got 0 with green status or still in yellow?

thanks for your quick reply.

We have already run TX - RSA3 and it pulls data.

However after triggering the infopackage in BW, I still can't get any data and it's still in yellow.

kindly, please share the info pack monitor details tab logs.

What message your able to see inn yellow?

Before triggering, have you loaded any data from same source?

mean RFC connections are in place?

have required authorizations?
