Automatic Settlement Rule

Hi people!

Could you help me please?

We have some Order Type that when we use one of them, we can get the settelment rule automatically.

But when we use the other ones, when we create the Order, the system don´t create the settlement rule automacally.

Could you tell me what is the configuration we can do the system create the Settelment Rule Automatically when we create the Order?

I already saw some configuration and maybe it is in the "status profile" in the Order Type. But I could not have sure about that.

In our case is Maintanance Order (by IW31).

    Dear Rosana,

Check if your order type is assigned to a Strategy Sequences for Automatic Generation of Settlement Rules at t.code KSR3_ORC.

    Best regards,

    Hi RN,

For maintenance order, the system determines the settlement rule for an order automatically from the object data.

Do you have object data already in the order?

    Best Regards,

    • Hi RN,

The object, I mean the object defined in the maintenance order. The objects tab.

You also have to define below setting in the IMG:

      Plant Maintenance and Customer Service

      Maintenance and Service Processing

      Maintenance and Service Orders

Functions and Settings for Order Types

Settlement Rule: Define Time and Creation of Distribution Rule

      Best Regards,
