Transaction RSB4HTRF

Hi,

I have used the transaction RSB4HTRF in a SAP BW on HANA 7.5 SP 3 and is appeared the message:

RSB4HANA001

Action canceled. Not supported in BW4HANA edition.

Two question:

1) Is it usable only with the add-on SAP BW , HANA edition ?

2) Is it planned its availability also in the SAP BW on HANA?
