MDM 7.1 SP 12 Import Manager - "Cannot Open File"

Hi,

We are using 7.1 SP 12 Import Manager which is recently upgraded from MDM 7.1 SP 5. After the upgrade some users are not able to import the excel file through Import Manager,they are getting "Can not Open File" error at the last step of import .For other users it is working fine.Can someone please help here to know the actual issue.

Regardless, as per earlier SAP notes users went ahead and got read/write access to their C drive and now they are able to use the Import Manager.  our concern now is that the change in C drive access may be a heavy handed solution to the issue and may be we are bypassing the actual issue.
