unable to specify CMS DB

Hello,

After uninstall a client patch on a server, we were not able to connect to CMC interface due to error FWM 20031.

We checked CMS DB connection in SIA properties and we there is nothing in CMS System Database configuration.

We tried to go to specify, updated data source parameters and select CMS DB but it failed when we have to write the cluster key.

Our BI 4 server is saying that our cluster key is not correct !

So we cannot solve the problem.

Could you help us on this ??

Hello Antoine,

Do you have a backup of the CMS DB taken before the uninstall procedure ?

Looks like there is a similar scenario also mentioned in the below blog from Jonathan. He did mentioned what he did to restore the environment. Worth having a look.
