KUT Field Extension Scenario for Account Sales Data

Hello Team,

Currently we have a KUT field created for Account - Sales Data and want the same to be extended to Opportunity and Leads, but the options i get are only for Activity and Saless Document. Is there any way this KUT field can be extended ?

Please note if the KUT field is created on Account Header then it can be extended to Opportunity, Leads, Activities, etc. But here the situation is the KUT field is created in Sales Data ( Sales Area Level ) and extension options are minimal.

Looking forward for your responses.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Rupesh.

Hello Rupesh,

There is no process extension scenario existing from Sales data to leads or opporunities. But this is still achievable with the use of cloud applicaion studio. Do the following:

- Extend Leads and opportunity objct with the same field.
- create a .ref file in PDI and save activate it
- keeping the moment when you want the field in opportunity or lead to be filled , you can write the simple code  of the value assignments.

Hi Rupesh,

The Sales Data for Account doesn't have anchors enable to extend the fields to opportunity and Quote. I would suggest to raise an Incident so that the team can enable the sales extension scenarios for you.

, please correct me if am wrong

Hi Bejoy,

not an anchor is missing, but the corresponding extension scenario.

These would have to be created by the corresponding application teams ...

Hi Rupesh,

As suggested the application is yet to adopt, please raise an incident on the respective component

Hi,

If it is not available under extensions then only possible way is PDI.

Thanks,
