Incident current processor not auto-populating and no popup

Hi,

I am again having problems with the current processor functionality (I know this is a common problem). I am on 7.1, sp12. This functionality used to work for me prior to sp12.

The parameter AIC_ASSIGN_PROCESSOR is set in table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM and also in my user record; the message processor partner does not update and I do not receive a popup in an incident. If I enter a value, it saves OK in the partners (as SLFN0004 correctly), but I want it to set the logged user automatically. I have read the sp05 information on the 'new' functionality a million times. What am I missing??

I have found my own answer....I was using a Dispatcher role.

Using the SOLMANPRO role it works fine.

The dispatcher role (copy of standard) has a function profile containing parameter 'PROCESSOR_POPUP' = FALSE.

Method DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT of CL_AIC_INCI_INCIDENTHEADE_IMPL checks this and - if 'FALSE' - then does not call CHECK_ADD_PROC where the processor is set.

This parameter does not exist in roles except the dispatcher one, so it normally works.
