Is there any standard transaction code or program to mass delete contacts in CRM ?  We need to delete some un wanted contacts to maintain data integrity.

Hi Rusheek,

There are two options:

(1)using tcode SARA to archive and delete the contacts:

Performing the Archiving - Data Archiving - SAP Library

(2)use tcode BUPA_DEL

For both ways, you need to set the "to be archived" flag in contacts first.
