Barcode font not displaying in Windows 2012 R2

We are using a .NET web app and the SAP Crystal runtime for .NET v13.0.17.2096.

When testing a report using the 3 of 9 barcode font, everything displays properly if the web application is installed on a Windows 2008 R2 server. When moved to a Windows 2012 R2 server, the barcode font does not display.

The same font is installed on both servers. We have ensured that the "Hide fonts based on language settings" option in Font Settings is not checked on both servers.

I believe this is some sort of security or permissions issue. Is there some other setting that we need to be aware of on a Windows 2012 R2 server that will allow the barcode font to be properly displayed in the viewer?

Thanks in advance

Make sure you install the font under the same account as IIS is running under. Try a user account and see if that works.

    Hi Dave,

Have you tried using the Barcode font in MS Word or MS Excel?

Have you tried rebooting your Windows Server 2012 R2 after installing the Fonts?
