Hello gurus,
We are trying to configure web chat for our customer in BCM version 7.0.9.0 integrated with SAP CRM 7.02/0006 .
When we considered to chat functionality , we are using 4 URLS. Two of them is about requesting web callback, one of them is about callback list administration and these are working well.
On the other hand main url which initiates chat session is not initiating chat session and nothing is happening in CDT like allocation to chat queue(Chat contact and chat queue adress are same). So we could not chat via SAP CDT or SAP CRM IC.
Do you have any idea about root of the problem or which settings should we review/focus again?
