Return Purchase Order with an expired contract Process

Hi, is there a process that allows you to create a return purchase order for a material/vendor where the existing contract for that material/price has expired? It seems currently if you create a return purchase order the creation is blocked due to the expired contract.

Thanks

    Hi Robert,

Definitely you can create return PO with expired contract.

In ME21N, we have a two level Header data and Item level data.

In item level date we have tab in name of condition control,

In this tab we have to change PR.date cat as No control and price date is expired info date

you would get Expired info price immediately.

    Thanks

    Hi Robert,

According to my knowledge, the system will not block when you create return Purchase order with expired contract. If you get any error message then please share the same.
