Hi,
I've created a customer account group (only with general data) and related partner function (Partner type: KU, Error Group: 07).
When I insert the new partner in the customer's partner functions, appears the warning message F2672: "Customer XXXXXXX has not been created for sales area ....". If I ahead, I can save the customer master data and create properly all the sales documents.
How can I fix this control in the customer master data?
Thanks and regards.
Antonio
Hi,
The Partner Tab in a Customer Master appears in the Sales area - Partner Functions.
The customer which you have created with only general data doesn't have any Sales Area assignment and an warning message will appear when it is assigned as a partner function.
We had the same requirement for including Marketing Executives . We created them with general & sales area data as below:

I don't think so, following the message via Se91 where-used it returns programs where I can see that all messages are hardcoded, an error in case of role bill-to and ship-to and in all other cases a warning
