By this you can find which all are CLC's and how to apply the SP's which are not a part of CLC.

Update Support Pack level of SAP_HR SW component. | SCN
You could use the Solution Manager or directly download the Support Pack from the Support Portal. Also check the Note 2322348 for how to search for Support Packs.
