How to give authorization rights for display of GL master to any FI user (FS00)

Hi,

We want to give display rights to certain FI user for Tcode FS00. Presently when we are giving display rights of FS00 to user, but he is also able to create or change the GL. What we want is that he should not be able to do creation or change any gl master. We want him to give just viewing rights.

If anyone has done anything in this regards please help, like which authorization object we have to modify as we have tried all known authorizations and have assigned only display rights.

We also tried for FS03 but this tcode also calls for Fs00 and then user can change or modify the GL.

    Sanjeev,

I hope the authorization objects F_SKA1_AEN G/L Account: Change Authorization for Certain Fields will help to restrict to change the fileds and also F_SKA1_BES - G/L Account: Account Authorization will help you to restrict the change.

Check with your basis consultant and do the proper testing in test system, for more authorization objects for the transaction code FS00 you can check in SU24.

    Regards,

    Ravi
