Dear All,
My client facing issue on Freight, it is not propositionally divided on Inventory cost.
for Ex PO 14000 @159 =2226000
and delivery cost (C&F condition type)=56000
Per qty delivery cost 56000/14000 =4 Rs
And User has made the GRN of 6000 qty only (6000 * 159=954000)
Delivery cost should be 4 * 6000 =24000
But system showing 6428.57 instead of 24000.
Any reason.
The Condition category is not Delivery costs for the condition you have mentioned. Since it is blank, it is editable even after a goods movement. Quite possible that the value in the PO is changed post GR.

I would rather be interested in a screenshot of the PO history

Hi,
This PO already created and also goods receipt document created. Now you cannot change any transaction data.
Now find delivery condition type for your delivery cost in your PO and check nature of that condition type. Use t.code M/06,see the status of " Qty Conversion" in Control data -2 segment and if not select the check box and save.( also check Scales segment as Quantity scale-C in Scale basis )
After above changes with delivery cost condition type in M/06 , update those changes of condition type in you MM pricing procedure in M/08.
Go for creation of new PO and do partial goods receipt- now see how delivery cost distributed in accounting document with your quantity entered in your MIGO screen.

As dibyendu suggest, please share the screen shot of your condition type Z&F for m/05.

Please check the account assignment tab of your Purchase Order if maintained, if its not than check freight condition maintained in purchase order and determination process of conditions.
