No Data Available at Cartain Planning Levels

Hello All,

I assigned newly created attributes CSKU and Variant to Product Master Data Type. Also, assigned them to PRODCUST and other product related planning levels as well as at planning area.

When I log in to excel UI, the planning levels are visible. However, I receive an error of no data found when use CSKU or variant as planning level for key figure Actuals Qty (we have maintained data for Actuals Qty). Whereas, if I select any other planning level such as Brand the data is available.

Any idea on what step I am missing in here to view data at CSKU and Variant level.

Thanks,

Samiksha

    Hello Samiksha

You need to load the new attribute values with the product master data upload. Can you try the product master data upload and try again?.

    Thanks

      Hi Parveen,

I did load data for new attributes post all the changes and activation. It was successfuly loaded and I was able to view master data in Excel UI.

The issue has now been resolved once I reloaded Actuals Qty data into the system and cleared metdata cache.

      Thanks for your response.

      Regards,

      Samiksha
