Spool Request Error

Hello,

I have a new computer and am getting errors when trying to print labels.

Labels still work from my old computer.

Here is the SP01 Data. (attached)

Any ideas what to do from here?

Thank you,

    Hi Matt,

Could you please select the failed spool request and take the event log?

Please paste the event log so that we can analyze further. Also Please paste the printer configuration as well including which protocol are you using to have a print out?

    Regards,

    Jegan Raj
