SAP BusinessByDesign Cost Center Items + Purchase Order Commitment

Hi,

Has anyone built a data source/report that includes both cost center line items and outstanding commitment (open POs yet to be delivered). Unable to find a join on purchase order line item level.

Hi Ed,

I can see one Data Source available which gives Cost Center - Line Items details - FINCACU01. This is from FIN perspective and this is the only data source available to fetch Cost center line item details.

Hi Arun,

Many thanks for getting back to me. This helps in terms of the purchase order but essentially what is required is a cost centre line item report that includes the PO commitment. i.e. you track all of your actuals and you can also see what is open on POs assigned to that cost centre as well. I've tried linking cost center line items with purchase order line items but you only get the source ID and no clear link between cost center lines and PO lines.

Hi Ed,

Can you try the below Data Source to get the relevant information's?

1. Purchase Order History - SRMPO_U01_Q0001 - From this data source, you can track Ordered Quantity & Delivered Quantity. This gives you a clear picture what is the Open Quantity.

2. Purchase Orders per Account Assignment - SRMPO_B03_Q0001 - From this data source, you can track the POs based on cost center allocation. Here you can find which PO is assigned to which cost center.
