personal record does not exist error coming from /SMERP/PM_DOWORKORDERCONF_CRT

Can you please confirm if their a Personnel Number created and mapped to this User who is trying to add labor time ?

Personnel Number should be created and assigned for the User who is logging In.(pa40 and pa30).
