Hi All,
While I was trying to use the "Customer Specific Discount Product Category" a problem occured.
My aim is to create a product category specific discount for an upper product category, not for an end node.
In the test system the following product category structure is deposited:
This means, product category 190 is an upper category and 193 is an end node.
The concerned product of my test cases is P100201 which is a product of category 193:
In the Discount Lists View I´ve created a new Customer Specific Discount Product Category and added the upper category 190:
The discount list is valid and realesed.
If I create a new Sales Order for the concerned customer now, unfortunately there is no Discount assumed:
I´ve tried it with a discount for an end node category, too and there the Discount gets assumed in the sales order:
So my question is: Isn´t it possible to create a product category specific discount for an upper node, which has no concrete products assigned? (The same discount should be assumed for all products of the end node categories)
And also if it is possible, why isn´t the discount assumed to the sales order?
For any help I would be very grateful.
Best regards,
Lena
