Issue in LiveCache upgrade

Hi Experts,

During the upgrade of Live Cache it fails with the below error in the step of initialization .
The source release is 7.7.4.38 and target release is 7.9.8.32

.
PFA the logs for the same

ERR
-24994,ERR_RTE: Runtime environment error
4,connection broken
ERROR : liveCache LC1 not initialized
