PDF attachment is not aligned properly

Hi Experts,

I have developed a custom program for my client to convert the payslip into pdf and send it as an attachment to respective employee.

The form is developed in PE51 t-code.

While in development system it is working fine and pdf file is generated perfectly. below is the screen shot of pdf attachment that employee has received.

But when same is moved to Quality system, the pdf attachment is not proper as in development system.

Kindly help me asap in resolving this issue.

I have attached both the screens of pdf file from development and quality systems.

Thank you in advance.

hello, this can be solved by creating a printer for PDF formats, and configure your mail server SCOT with user access so you can re- send mail manually can use the print and put the mail from your employee , to do mass you need to code to extract mail from each employee.

sorry for the quick response , but this is how I did it ... try it if you need more detail with time. 😈

What did you compare exactly between the 2 systems, is everything the same? (output device, device type, applied notes, support package, internal ABAP list structure, etc.)
